The eggless version of our classic Round celebration cake, available in a variety of sizes will delight at any special function. We start with light, fluffy, round vanilla sponge layers that are slightly soaked with Cointreau syrup for added moisture (Non-Alcohol). This cake is then filled with whipped continental double cream and fresh fruit encircled with milk chocolate plaques and topped with diced fresh fruit direct from Spitalfields market and a hand-written message of your choice.
